If payment has not been received, please contact us through our Member Service Center at 1-800-538-3328, or use the Chat Now feature when you are logged into Online Access, and a representative will assist you.
Note: Before contacting EECU please locate your most recent account statement for the payee. We need the most up to date information on the payee and payment. We will open a research Service Request for the payment and it will be investigated by our Bill Pay vendor and the payee. This may require you to be on a conference call with both parties. We will notify you when we receive the results of the research investigation.
